I am a qualified/REPS registered personal trainer with five years work experience based in Newtown Wellington, looking to fill new spaces on my calendar. Two weeks til my bizzo birthday. That makes half a decade! Longest job to date..
I recently had client make enquirys as to where to study PT. After a total transformation they're looking to pay it forward and help others get there too. Building stronger bodies and stronger attitudes towards training also!
For instructors and coaches: don't forget to remind students that they will be instructors one day also! They won't take it seriously but they will look back and realize you were right

I used to worry I'd feel imposter syndrome with this job so working with a great friend on his goals gained me a lot of believe for the work I do (mates will call out any cowboy crap in a second!!). Experience can only be gained and with it so does confidence. Trust is built when bu****it is eliminated. The results have been awesome for Ricky. Congrats mate on losing more than 30kgs. No easy ask for anyone, for a Dad for a husband some would think it impossible, yet he fu***ng got it done. That is man of the year material in my eyes. Now we get to the fun part He has his first muay that bout at 90kg for MAI Dojo and I can not wait to see the fun and carnage after such a journey. Respect!!🙏

Was great to re watch this montage and appreciate mindfully that I really do love my job! Welcome and well done to everybody on board for 2019! Even just looking back as Summer ends, each and every one of my clients could make a list of things that they're proud of and that they've achieved

This is how I feel I come across to people when I elobarate too much on how good breathing technique optimizes performance. But she's not wrong ya know! That exhalation of air contains the carbon atoms that were fat cells, it's process is called beta oxidation. You quite literally breath away the mass that was your fat!
