Level 2 tomorrow which means we are back in business 🤩💪

In fact, as we are a private studio, doing mainly one on one sessions, we’re probably one of the safest places you can train at the moment.

We do have a few extra protocols in place though:
1. You must scan in using the app.
2. You must wear a mask on arrival and departure, you can take it off while training.
3. You must sanitise all your gear after using it.
4. If you are unwell, let us know and we will cancel or reschedule your session.

If you’re still not sure about returning to the gym just yet we also offer online training plans that you can do at home with whatever equipment you have available. Just get in touch and we will set you up.

Finally, we’ve been using the downtime to make some nice little upgrades to the gym which we’ll be revealing shortly…
