Yesterday played in the South Islands masters in invercargill.
Lost my 1st game to Jak Macdonald and my 3rd game to Haupai Puha so i needed my last game to qualify to go thru into the main round which i did winning 2 0.
Unfortunately i lost my 1st knock out game 3 1.
Overall was happy with the way i played .
Shout out goes to Caz Jdn for the support during the day was much appreciated.

Recap from the weekend a the dpnz saturday was in a section of 6 needed 3 wins to go thru only got one so it was of to the consultation.
Got to the quarter finals and was the only south island player left.
Made into the final which i won
Sunday was in a section of 5 needed 2 wins to go thru unfortunately didnt win a game
In the consultation i got knocked out in my 2nd game.
Over all happy with the way i played will take the positives out of the weekend .
Big shout out to the CSDA for hosting this weekend
To the bar and kitchen staff thank u so much for your time you all did a amazing job.
Big thanks goes to Heath Woollett and Wietske De Groot for the bed.

Yesterday was mens singles was in a section of 5 so need two wins to go thru lost my 1st game got my next 2 lost my last one.
1st game of the knock when to a last leg the which i won. Got my 2nd game 3 1
3rd game went down to the last leg i missed double 16 to win over all happy with the way i played in the knock out stage
Made the last 32 over all.
Big shout out to rhe Oamaru club for hosting the south islands job well done.
Next event for me is Dpnz in 2 weeks time in Christchurch

Recap for the last 2 days at the south islands wednesday was mixed pairs played with Shabhana Patterson lost one game in section into the main round lost our first game was happy with the way we played had heaps of laughs
Yesterday mens pairs with Matt Pawsey lost our last game in section play into the main round unfortunately iur game wasnt there and lost 3 0
Congrats to Vanessa Johnson and Shilo Turnbull from TKA Rsa for getting 3rd equal yesterday in the ladies pairs outstanding stuff

Yesterday played singles it was double start went thru section play unbeaten made it to the semi final where i lost 5 4. I was down 4 2
