We’ll be back for term 3 from Wednesday 16th July.

Children’s class is 6pm-7pm and newcomers are welcome to join our team of very dedicated young dancers.

I am also looking for adults interested in learning to put together an adult class. Get in touch if this is something you’d be interested in and I’ll get a time and place arranged.

Happy New Year Irish dancers! 🎇🎉

Time to restart the year with a spot of Irish dancing in Timaru!

As always, classes are running for children at 6-7pm and 7-8pm for the adults every Wednesday starting from 7th February.

We had such great progress last term. The children have now nearly finished all of the beginners light shoe dances including Reel, Light Jig and Hop jig. We just have Slip Jig to go and then we can start some heavy shoe dancing!

The adults also worked super hard with the same dances as well as learning St Patrick’s Day heavy shoe dance!
Great work from everyone! Let’s keep it up for 2024!

Newbies are always welcome, so if you think Irish dancing is something you want to try, whether it’s to learn a jig for a school talent show or to learn some Irish moves for St. Patrick’s day, come along for a free trial from Wednesday 7th February! ☘️

It’s nearly Christmas which means our term for Irish dancing is nearly over.

Final lessons of the year will take place this evening 6-7pm for children and 7-8pm for adults.

It’s been such a great year with our regular and new dancers and thank you to everyone, for all of your hard work and dedication throughout!

I’ll see you all this evening and keep posted for updates on when we resume lessons in the new year 🎉☘️
