Celebrating Volunteer Week – Thank You, Betty 💙

As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, we would like to recognise and thank Betty McIver for her incredible contribution to Timaru Gymnastics Club.

For more than 60 years, Betty has generously given her time, energy, and support to our club. Her dedication has helped generations of gymnasts, coaches, volunteers, and families, and her impact on our gymnastics community is immeasurable.

Betty’s commitment, kindness, and willingness to help wherever needed have made her a treasured part of our club’s history and success. The countless hours she has volunteered over six decades have helped shape Timaru Gymnastics Club into what it is today.

On behalf of everyone past and present, thank you, Betty, for your extraordinary service, unwavering support, and lifelong commitment to gymnastics in Timaru.

Volunteers are the heart of our community, and Betty is a shining example of the difference one person can make.
