Ladies, if you’ve been waiting for a sign that Frontline to Finish Line is for you, then this is it.
I’m SOOOOOO excited to announce that Heather Neill will be joining us in our final week to talk about her own triathlon career, and handing over her top tips for getting you through your own race.
Raised in Christchurch but living in Hawke’s Bay since 2020 with a background of dance and performing arts, Heather only found triathlon as an adult.
She quickly fell in love with the triathlon community and the routine that training provides and the rest is history.
Since competing in her first women's only triathlon in 2018 she has claimed multiple national age group champion titles over a range of distances, an age group world champion title in long course triathlon, and has dabbled in racing in the pro field to claim multiple top 10 finishes in half Ironman and full ironman distance races.
She is the current club ambassador and female senior club champion for Triathlon Hawke’s Bay and balances training with full time work and her continued love for dancing.
If you’re even thinking of racing in triathlon then, learning how to strength train properly is a must.
Frontline to Finish Line at The Resistance - Women's Strength Training Community with Janine Couchman will give you just that:
* Sport specific strength training
* Tips and tricks to get you through your race successfully
* Practical advice and practice for the dreaded transition
* And now, expert advice from one of New Zealand’s top triathletes.
