The physical body is not seperate from the emotional body, the mental body or the energetic body. We are a complete system. Healing happens when we work with the body as a whole and not in parts.

My work has evolved and deepened over the years. Here is what I do now. 🤍

If you have been following my content and still wondering what I actually do…

Here it is:

Women usually come to me when they feel stuck in something they can not shift.

Not just “stuck” in a vague way…

but in real, everyday ways like:

feeling constantly wired,
like they are about to lose it,
snapping at their kids and then feeling awful after,
so exhausted they do not feel like they can function… but they keep going because they have to

And their body is starting to feel it
digestion issues,
hormonal imbalances,
physical pain that doesn’t go away
even after trying different things

Underneath it all, this feeling of being stuck in a loop they can not break out of.

That is where I come in.

In a session, we do not just talk about what is happening.

We look at what is running the show underneath the pattern and work through it so it can actually shift - mentally, emotionally and in the body.

That is why things start to change.

I spoke about this in more depth in a podcast episode that is dropping tonight. I will share that soon!

What you feel in your body isn’t where it starts… 🤍

You are not struggling because you are not trying hard enough.

You are struggling because you are running on empty…
and have been for a long time.
But you still expect yourself to function at 100%.

Because you don’t know any other way.
It is who you have grown up being.
Always on. Always getting everything done.

But it is starting to feel like a struggle.

This is why your body feels tired,
but your brain is wired and awake.

This is why your mind won’t switch off.
Why you snap… and then feel guilty after.

And this didn’t start recently.

It started when your system learnt to stay alert.
To stay aware.
To stay “on”.

Because at some point… it had to.

And it has been that way for a long time.

Because no one ever showed you how to switch it off again.
No one showed you how to feel safe in your own body.

So even when life is “fine”…
your body is still on alert.

It doesn’t fully relax.

This is not about who you are.
Or what you’re doing wrong.

It is about what your system learnt to do to keep you safe.

And this can be changed.

Over time, I have realised that it’s not just about movement…

It’s about what the body has been holding beneath it 🤍

This is the work I’m stepping into more deeply now.

The first thing that happens when women come into a session…
is not what they expect.

They start yawning.

Not because they’re tired.

But because something in their system finally lets go…
even just a little.

And then within a few minutes…
they start talking.

About everything they’ve been holding.

Work, home, kids, life…
things they haven’t even said out loud before.

Most of them don’t realise how much they’ve been carrying.

Not just from now…
but from much earlier.

For many women, their body has been in some form of holding for most of their life.

So when it finally feels safe enough to let go…

even slightly…

the shift begins.

After more than a decade of sharing movement, strength and rehabilitation here, this chapter is evolving.

This page has held thousands of classes, conversations, recoveries, and quiet breakthroughs. It has been an honour to guide so many women back into their bodies over the years.

The work hasn’t ended, it has expanded.

I’ll now be sharing all future work, reflections and offerings from my main page, Jaspreet Kaur.

If you’ve ever trusted me with your body, thank you. The foundation of everything I do now was built here.

I would love for you to continue the journey with me there.

Ever find yourself getting upset, sad, or angry, and you're not even sure why?

This happens when an incident, a conversation, or a thought triggers a part of us we thought we had already put to bed.

It's because we never really fully healed the trauma from our nervous systems. Even though we think we have moved forward, our nervous system is still stuck in the trauma.

To really move forward and not be living in the sgadow of our wounds, we have to heal our nervous system.

Healing the nervous system starts with the breath. Breathe into your rib cage, all the way down to your pelvic floor. Exhale lifting up from the pelvic floor.

This breathing brings our nervous system back to a regulated state. It resets our nervous system. Give it a try and let me know how you go!
