Moving your body is important. It starts you on an important healthy journey.

But building muscle is the key for longevity for your health and wellness. Especially as we age - because as we age we lose muscle.

You however can’t build muscle without significant load. The load that activates the muscle fibres to respond. Load that’s hard to lift for too long. Load that leads you to failure. Load that keeps getting increased over time. Strength training does not become static!

Doing movement without this stimuli will not build muscle. It will only build you muscular endurance (which is not building muscle). Scientific fact.

Muscle also can’t be built to be long and lean. It muscle. The end.

If you want to protect your future - it’s not just about exercising. It’s about muscle building.
