Sometimes you look at every single flaw on yourself and forget how far you've actually come. It's good to be critical but it's also good to be proud. I know that kid in year 1 would be so proud of how far he's taken this. 
 
And the thing is a lot of you guys are probably doing all the right things but you just need more time.

My message to you is simple... the physique was never the point of this. I literally started training in a doorway because I was too scared to be seen.
