Good morning mini golf world!
Exciting times ahead with the introduction of the Eternit Pro 18 - portable 2 piece competition lane
Pro MiniGolf New Zealand (PMGNZ) would like to give you guys a sneak peek into what we have been achieving of late.
This is the first release of pictures of the Eternit Pro 18 Competition Lane. (All pics and video of the Eternit Pro 18 lane remain the property of PMGNZ)
There is a video to come of one of the ACE shots being played on the competition lane. But we don't want to give away to much as yet.
You are looking at a prototype lane, which has been designed to confirm measurements, shapes and positioning of obstacle's, and that each ACE shot is achievable before the lane gets a patent and we head into manufacturing.
The Eternit Pro 18 Lane will be on sale to the general public, mini golf clubs, courses, and federations in early to mid 2021.
Interest is always welcomed, and cost to be confirmed.
We at PMGNZ have designed 33 ACE shots so far.
26 shots in total have been documented with correct euro ball and tee position and have been ACED.
From the 26 shots already been confirmed we have used a total of 9 euro mini golf balls to be successful at these ACE shots.
Our goal is that we would like to offer 36 achievable ACE shots if possible, YES! all from one competition lane.
We are about 80% complete into our testing.
We would also like to incorporate online competitions (hint, hint, WMF) were the world wide mini golf family can successfully compete against one another without having to fly all around the world. All you need is one of our competition lanes.
There has also been competition formats designed for the Eternit Pro 18.
We will release more about Eternit Pro 18 in the coming weeks and months, but until then, happy putting everyone.
Thanks for having a read into what we at PMGNZ are up to, we welcome any comments, questions, and support.
Kind regards
PMGNZ TEAM
