Term 2 Group training - spots available
Monday and Friday 9.30am 45mins (Friday boxing)
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am 1 hour (Friday boxing)
These classes could be perfect if you're:
- New to fitness
- Menopausal
- Post-natal
- Getting back into exercise after a break
- Wanting accountability and community
- Ready to chase some kick-ass strength and fitness goals
You'll get coaching, support, and a great group of women to train alongside.
Small group training (max 6) means plenty of guidance and individual attention.
