WISPA, supported by funding from the Global Sport Mentoring programme, is surveying mothers working in the sport sector across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Your story matters. Your insights will help us understand the real experiences, challenges, opportunities and support needs of working mothers, and show organisations, leaders and the wider sport industry how to build more inclusive, supportive and equitable workplaces.

Sport New Zealand’s latest findings in its spotlight on girls and young women’s participation shows they’re less likely than boys and young men to meet physical activity guidelines, feel confident being active and enjoy their experiences at school.

We'll share the year to 30 June - what we got done, what we learned, where we are now - and talk about the mahi ahead as we head towards our 10-year anniversary next March. We'll also be thanking Sooz and Erin as they step down after a lot of mahi, and welcoming new faces to the board.
