The last class of 2025 was all about survival against multiple, armed and unarmed attackers. It was a culmination of the whole year of training and a test of endurance, mindset and technical abilities. Valuable lessons were learnt to be taken into this year's training for further improvement and refinement.

If you're looking for the no nonsense self defence training where you can learn how to fight back and survive the violence, come and join our Krav Maga club. At people grow their confidence not through paper certificates and 'bags of tricks', but through the regular training with resisting training partners, until they develop real world skills and mindset.

Hey everyone, it's the time of the year when are ordering new batch of T-shirts and can hook you up with a very warm Krav Fighter hoodie for only $75 (pre-order, pre-payment and pick up only).
Colours are Navy, Bright Royal, Forest Green and Red. Sizes are like your Krav Fighter T-shirts, unless you like them baggy or you are quite tall/have long arms, in which case size up could be a good idea.

Another great Krav Maga training session on Waitangi Day.

Life throws you distractions all the time, and if you want to achieve something, you've got to keep refocusing and moving forward.

If your club is open on a public holiday, take that opportunity to get a training session. Your body and mind will be grateful for it, your club mates will appreciate having someone to train with and your coach will respect you even more for your dedication and feel rewarded for making training available on public holidays.
