Part of this week's training involved techniques from sodeguchidori (cuff/sleeve grab). They're fun and challenging as there's minimal initial contact to work with.

The first two images are of Paul and Kirsty practicing kokyunage from sodeguchidori, and the third image is of Saito Sensei demonstrating full kazushi (balance breaking)! The image is from the cover of his book Takemusu Aikidō Book 4: Kokyunage (1997).
