We asked them a few questions about training here at Flex Pt Chev:
💛 What do you like most about training at Flex Pt Chev?
T - I enjoy working out at flex point chev because of the well maintained machines aswell as the culture around the gym. Everyone including the staff are friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend flex pt chev to someone looking for an inclusive space to train!
W - I like how welcoming and uplifting the atmosphere is at Flex Pt Chev. Besides the high quality equipment and aesthetic lighting, staff always have a smile on their face, making daily gym sessions enjoyable
💛 Best thing about training together?
T - Best thing about training together is that we are able to hold each other accountable. It also makes the workout enjoyable as you are able to have a bit of a laugh here and there
W - There’s never a dull moment when training with TK. Whether it’s cardio or weights, we always find a way to motivate each other and push each other to the limits. We don’t ever go through a gym session, where there isn’t any banter or jokes
💛 What’s your go to post workout meal?
T - I usually go for something sweet post workout. My go to meal would be protein yoghurt with some nuts and fruit with some honey on top. Or just a protein shake, dependant on time.
W - Normal sessions are in the late afternoon, so my go to post workout dinner would have to be whatever protein is on special at the supermarket, with kumara mash and side of beans. Easy and delish. Enjoy the cheeky cheat meal on the weekend
