MUMS & BUBS STRENGTH & CIRCUIT TRAINING 🤍
Motherhood changes so much, including the relationship we have with ourselves.
These classes were created for mums who want to reconnect with who they are outside of the constant mental load of caring for everyone else.
Not to “bounce back.”
Not to punish their bodies.
Not to chase perfection.
But to rebuild strength, confidence, identity, and connection in a supportive environment that understands the realities of motherhood.
These classes are:

✨ postpartum recovery conscious
✨ pelvic floor & core aware
✨ baby friendly
✨ supportive and judgement free
This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Tired from broken sleep? Come anyway.
Baby unsettled? That’s okay.
Need to feed during class? Please do.
Need to pause, breathe, or modify exercises? Always encouraged.
No one expects perfection here.
So many mums lose pieces of themselves in the early years of motherhood. These sessions are about creating space to feel strong again; not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
To move your body for YOU.
To rebuild confidence.
To reconnect with yourself.
To be surrounded by other women who truly understand this season of life.
One of the most common things I hear after class is:
“I almost didn’t come today, but I’m so glad I did.”
