Every Grit RV begins life as a CAD-rendered design, with every detail engineered for strength, durability, and off-grid adventure.

From there, the chassis is built, followed by a single seamless fibreglass-infused PVC floor. The walls and roof are then wrapped to the floor in just three pieces, creating a strong, lightweight, and highly weather-resistant structure.

Even the PVC Versaboard cabinetry is manufactured in-house.

The result? A caravan built with complete quality control from the ground up, all under the same roof in sunny Brisbane.
