• 21km – Metal medal
🌲 Course Conditions
Firm mountain bike tracks, berms, undulations and plenty of river-tree canopy. The 21km includes a grass stretch along Beach Rd. It’s scenic and definitely not boring. Check our page for course maps.
🚗 Parking
Head down Melrose Road — plenty of space at the club facilities.
🎉 Bring the crew!
Bouncy castle, ice cream, good coffee, BBQ, bar open, music pumping. Make a day (or night) of it.
👥 5km Teams Challenge
Top 3 runners’ times combined. Fastest total wins the bragging rights (and certificates).
💳 EFTPOS & payWave?
Yes — inside the clubrooms. But if you want that BBQ sausage or burger & waffle fries quickly, cash is king.
We can’t wait to see you all there — let’s make it a big one 🙌🏃♀️🔥
