Daffodil day finale!

We just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who donated to train the trainer this year! Our grand total came to $1,672.72 that we donated to Cancer Society New Zealand

Thank you to everyone who wanted to see us sweat and work hard for a good cause 💛 as a special treat here are some clips from Richard’s mammoth workout on Monday! He also picked up the extra cals on the bike for us 🚴

Starting from next Saturday, 12 Sep, we will be having regular Pay to Play sessions on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month for the remainder of 2026! Each session will have different sports set-up ready for you to give it a go. All equipment is provided.

So, round up your family and friends, have a friendly game against each other or mix, mingle and play with others.

Tomorrow we take on the challenge of 1 calorie for every $1 we raise for the Cancer Society as part of our Daffodil Day fundraiser! 🚴‍♀️
