Having spent the last few years balancing study and her time on the floor, she’s now a fully fledged Oral Health Therapist. A true movement enthusiast who builds genuine relationships with her clients, Cass’ positive attitude is infectious. Reform Albany is turning TWO! We’re celebrating another fabulous year with our Birthday Special - 10 classes for $180. 👀

We’ve loved treating you all month, with goodies from Elta Ego, Caci Clinic Albany, LSKD, and more, but the fun isn’t over yet. Spring has almost sprung (finally!), and we’re ready to embrace the new season together.

Join us for 90min of movement, starting with a slower, more intentional reformer class focused on spinal articulation, thoracic rotation, mobility and grounding, followed by an extended stretch and meditation. You’ll be in excellent hands, led by our Senior Trainer and Yoga Instructor Rubee.

Finally, enjoy nourishment from Rubee’s Soup in your very own mini Hydroflask vessel & time to connect.

New trainer alert!!

New to the Albany crew, but by no means new to teaching movement, Karina joins us with a background as a PT and reformer trainer with a particular interest in helping women build functional strength. You’ll feel this in her classes, which are designed to push you toward positive failure in a safe and supportive way.

Expect hands on adjustments to ensure precise movement, ‘one final layer’ that might leave you surprised at your own strength, and in true Reform Albany style a few giggles along the way.
