The lovely Teri is a powerhouse on the tools. She’s been with us since opening the doors and is our resident layering expert. Her calm demeanour makes her the perfect instructor to instill confidence in new movers, while her seamless layering builds spicy flows to challenge even our strongest clients (and trainers!).

Our lucky pregnant and postnatal clients get to benefit from her expertise during our pre- and postnatal sessions on Wednesday mornings. She’s even been known to hold a bub or two while cueing — perks of the job.

Also a super-strong supermum, Teri spends her weekends juggling three active kids, sports practices, family hangs and her own movement practices, yet still has the energy to bring 100% to her clients and classes. Absolute champion.

With excellent taste in house music, you can expect nothing but rave-worthy bangers on her playlists. Catch her on the schedule every Wednesday 9.30am, 10.30am (pre/postnatal) and 12pm and see for yourself why we adore her so much!
