POWER SQUAD TERM 3 starts on Tuesday!!

We are looking forward to getting back into the gym with our awesome squad 🙌🏼 💪🏻

Last term we asked the question “What do you love about Power Squad?”
Have a listen to what some of our kids had to say!

We’ve taken their feedback into consideration whilst planning for the next ten weeks and we will be introducing some new things too - it’s going to be good!!! 👌🏼

There are spots available in both classes:
Tuesdays 4:00-5:00pm
Fridays 3:30-4:30pm
Open to 9-14yr olds

Northcross Intermediate kids have been out in force representing the school at our Power Squad sessions lately! 👊 We love seeing these students getting involved, building confidence, and bringing the energy every week. Keen to see even more Northcross faces joining the squad soon!

Coaches Katie and Gray have been busy planning sessions for Power Squad Block 2 Term 2, and we can’t wait to get started! 👊

Think ladder drills, hoop challenges, core games, and fast-paced movement to build speed, coordination, and confidence. We’ll also continue developing key movement patterns and functional strength training through coached sessions using a range of equipment. To finish, expect high-energy relays and team challenges!

And of course, we’re bringing back the kids’ favourites too… pull-ups on the rig go without saying! 💪🔥
