Kicking off March 1st 🔥

It’s time to hit the reset button.

We’re already two months into 2026 — how are those routines looking? If you’ve fallen off track (or never quite found your rhythm), this is your gentle nudge back into consistency.

For the month of March, we’re challenging you to complete:

✨ 8 x Mat Pilates
✨ 8 x Reformer Pilates

Because the magic? It happens when these two disciplines work together.

We’ve designed this challenge to show you just how powerful the balance of both can be. We believe 4 classes per week is the sweet spot — manageable, sustainable, and enough to see real results.

Big things are happening in our Reformer room for 2026 ✨

You all love our infrared heated mat space (and we do too 🫶), but our Reformer room has so many incredible benefits that we want to bring to life and showcase properly. So… we’re giving it a little spruce up and changing things up on the timetable to show you just how beautifully our two disciplines work hand in hand.

Introducing our brand new Reformer class style:

Reformer Regulate
A mindful Reformer Pilates class focused on strength, stability, and nervous system regulation. Expect flowing, low-impact, lighter-weight movement with plenty of options and adjustments to suit your level. Build overall strength, improve posture, and leave feeling calm and empowered.
✨ Beginner friendly
✨ Pre & postnatal friendly

And pushing Reformer Power into a heavier, strength-focused Reformer class. Think heavier weights, more spring tension, and spicy layers that will make you feel strong, capable, and wanting more.

We are also SO excited to introduce a new face to the Refinery team 🤍
Emily - an incredibly experienced instructor, Hobsonville local, and mama of 3. Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and energy into our Reformer space, and we cannot wait for you to experience her classes.

Emily joins the timetable from Saturday 31st January and will be teaching across the week.
