🎾 Tennis Northern Alumni Spotlight | Jacob Samuels

From the Northern Squads to the Singapore Armed Forces, Jacob Samuels’ journey has taken him well beyond the tennis court.

Starting tennis at 15, Jacob earned selection into the Northern Squads before moving to Singapore for National Service. He went on to achieve Platoon Best during basic military training, place in the top 5% of soldiers at Officer Cadet School, and become a Platoon Commander in the SAF.

His achievements have continued, with nominations for Best Soldier of the Month and the Commander’s Coin. Next year, Jacob will begin his studies at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

A fantastic example of where discipline, commitment and hard work can take you. 👏
