Hey guys. As most of you know I have closed the gym 😪. However, the room will be available to anyone you still wants to train themselves Tues, Weds or Thurs evenings for $5 entry anytime you go. Thanks to everyone over the years who have made the journey worth while. Its been a true pleasure! Thanks to The Sportscave for allowing me to do my thing there for the passed 2 years. All the best to you all.
