New to Pilates? This is a perfect place to start.
Our Pilates Foundations Course is designed specifically for beginners or anyone who would benefit from a slower, more supportive approach to movement.
Over 4 weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a small, welcoming environment with plenty of guidance and individual support.
What you'll learn:
• Basic Pilates principles and techniques
• How to activate and strengthen your deep core muscles
• Proper alignment and movement patterns
• Breathing techniques to support movement and control
• How to move with greater confidence and body awareness
This gentle, progressive course helps you build a strong foundation, while also being perfect for anyone who prefers a slower-paced class focused on technique and control.
No experience needed.
