The Newbridge AC 5K isn’t just known for being flat and fast… it’s proven.

2025 success stories🥳
After running a pb in the Manchester Marathon in April, and with Dublin Marathon on the horizon, Aaron came to me looking for a change in his training, to see what more could be achieved.
We started off working on shorter distances, running 2 pb's over 5k and a 5mile pb!
Moving out to longer distances, breaking 75 minutes for the half marathon in the Antrim Coast Half marathon!
Then to Dublin, where he ran a pb of 2:38, a full 20 minutes quicker than the year before!!👏👏👏

2025 Success Stories
Brian's incredible journey! 🏃‍♂️
In summer 2024, he was due to tackle the Dublin Marathon, unsure how to prepare after a 2:16 half.
We crafted a plan around his studies, work, and other sports.
Race day, he crushed it in 4:11, running both halves faster than his half marathon PB! 🤯 From there, we focused on speed and efficiency, achieving PBs in 5k, 10 miles, and half marathons! With newfound fitness, we returned to the marathon block, knowing a PB was imminent.
With a change to the training due to life changes, he soared to new heights, cruising to a 3:40 finish – a 31-minute PB! 🎉🥳
Fantastic rewards, and plenty more to come!!

​The holidays can be chaotic. Running is that one hour (or 30 minutes!) where the phone is away, the to-do list is silent, and it’s just you and your shoes getting the run done.
​Think of your holiday miles as a gift to your "January self." You’ll thank yourself when the new year comes around and you’re ready for whatever you have planned💪
1️⃣ Get done what you can, when you can
