is 10 days away from her 7th nationals which is insane ☘️

Not every prep is going to be “the one” but sazzy g really shows us that it’s not just a matter of coming in at your best, sometimes just showing up is enough and a win in itself

That being said she’s put up some crazy numbers in training so we’re looking forward to seeing her make a return to the platform again at this years nationals ❤️🖤

IPF Nationals 2026 is just around the corner and to kick things off we had the chance to catch up with Dawn as she enters the last few weeks of her prep

This will be her first nationals in almost 3 years and she’s looking stronger than ever coming into this competition ☘️

UL Powerlifting: First day back 🍎

Great to see so many fresh faces back in the door again for another year of powerlifting with the UL wolves club

Thanks to all our coaches who helped run the session and showed the lads the ropes and a great first introduction to the sport we all know and love

Coach has been an amazing addition to our coaching team here at CityGym 📚

His passion for powerlifting is seen clearly through his care for the clients & athletes he coaches and his attention to detail in his programming

Liams getting ready for his first international coaching debut which as an athlete himself who’s competed on the international platform, liam know’s how much of a big deal it is not only to represent Ireland internationally but also to assist his fellow team mates on that same platform ☘️

We had the opportunity to sit down with Coach & .boland.3 who recently competed at this years Western European championship in Luxembourg 🇱🇺

This was Elaine’s first ever full power international competition so was very insightful to listen to how the comp went, the ups and the downs and everything in between

Elaine is back and she’s getting ready to do it all again in 6 weeks time at Irish nationals ☘️
