-I find typically as a coach I'm the one who notices drastic changes generally before a client does
-So I was gobsmacked when Showed me this photo taken 5 months ago shortly before starting coaching here CityGym Limerick
-So he must be counting macros to a tee?
-Nah mate he focuses on loosely hitting a calorie goal emphasises protein, hefts some weight around the place but most importantly doesn't let training or nutrition consume his life
-it's not always about the must complicated solution to an easy answer!
