After 12 years I have decided to close the training room on the 26th of August. This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make but I feel now is the right time for me to move on.

To all the unbelievable people of limerick that trained with me over the years I can’t thank you enough for making my dreams come through.

It has been my absolute pleasure to see you all everyday coming in no matter what the day and life has thrown at you with the same motivation as yesterday. All the laughs all the smiles all the memories will live with me forever but I do hope to be back in the fitness industry in the future!

An old photo of the studio popped up on our memories today. One of our members who is no longer with us the great Declan Bromell in the thick of training as usual. What a great man he was!

We don't seem to be any closer to opening our doors which is such a shame.

We are missing all the members. The laughs the chats the energy the motivation but we Know we will see you all soon.

As 2020 comes to an end, I would like to take this time to thank all our members for the continued support this year.

Like every year that passes, we would not exist without you. It's a pleasure to train all of you each and every day. The smiles, the laughs, the drive and determination, all of it apart of us all now.

Thinking of those we have sadly lost this year, but also full of gratitude for those still with us.

Again to all the TTR members, Thank You. 2021, we are ready when you are.

This morning we received the very sad news that one of our long standing members Declan Bromell passed away.

Dec as everyone knew him here in the studio immediately made friends with everyone he met that's just who he was. He treated everyone with the same kindness and respect.

He didn't need any motivation in class because he was the pure embodiment of it. He pushed all those around him to be better at everything they did.

It was a privilege to know and train him over the last number of years and I will truly miss him. Its rare when such a beautiful soul passes your way but its one that has left an impression that will last a life time.

Everyone here at the training room sends their deepest condolences his wife Mairéad and daughters Áine, Eva, and Ailbhe at this very difficult time
