Letterkenny’s blessed with great gyms coaches , personal trainers and group training facilities , I’ll be honest I don’t think any of them are bad , every person suits a different gym and every coach has there own style and views .. there all to help people out

So never think anyone’s judging you because everyone’s dealing with there own P’s & I’s

I love the September reset 🔥the wanes are back to school and the parents that’s were just timing over and keeping consistent over the summer are now ready for action ready to drop it a gear and I’m all for it 🙌🏻

Reset - went for a few beers for the Katie Taylor fight and to say I was worse for wear yesterday but no point feeling sorry for myself an extra day time to get back on the horse today
