This time we’re giving a well deserved shoutout to Geraldine 👏

Geraldine has been with us for the past 3 years, Training with Shaun and is one of our most consistent members, rarely missing a session! 💪

Training with Shaun, she's definitely kept on her toes 😅 but her hard work, dedication and consistency speak for themselves.

Three years of showing up, putting in the work and staying committed deserves some recognition! 👏

Well done Geraldine and thank you for being a part of KO Fitness and as always give her a MASSIVE WHATS UP if you see her around the gym ⚡️

Getting ready to talk about our bathroom renovations 😂😭

It’s been a bit of a journey with a LOT going wrong along the way, but we’re finally 95% done…thank God! 🙌

A massive thank you to everyone who helped us get them finished - you all did a fantastic job and we’re so happy with how they’ve turned out! 👏

Final reveal coming this week look 👀
For anyone who hasn’t been in the gym yet, you’ll finally get to see them! 😂

⚡️ Bathroom Update ⚡️

The bathrooms are finally starting to look like bathrooms again 🙌

Both bathrooms are now back in use, with just a few finishing touches left to do!

Our painter is in next weekend while the gym is closed to get the walls finished, along with a few other finishing touches.

Thanks so much for bearing with us through the chaos - we really appreciate everyone’s patience! 🙏

The end is officially in sight! 👀

KO Fitness is Open as Normal! 💪

Bathroom renovations are still underway and running a couple of days behind, but we’re working hard to get everything finished. Our temporary bathroom facilities remain in place in the meantime.

Thanks for your patience – we can’t wait to show you the finished result!⚡️
