Update to our opening hours. Our gym will now also be open 10am-1pm Tuesday the 27th of December and Saturday the 31st of December.

Good evening folks. Hope everyone is keeping well. Unfortunately we have no dates as to when the gyms can reopen again but as the time gets nearer we would like to hear how we can improve our facilities when we do open. In order for us to improve we would like you to comment under this post on what you would like to see added or changed so that your experience with us will be a good one. If you’d rather send us a message that would also be great.

Due to Covid Level 5 restrictions we regret to inform all that the Workshop Fitness Suite will close tomorrow afternoon at 1pm (31st December) for the duration of these new measures. Keep safe we are in this together!
