Community Rowing is a group indoor rowing fitness programme that combines the full-body workout of rowing with bodyweight exercise and stretching to deliver a complete and challenging low-impact workout with measurable results. Power-rowing is a group exercise program that combines indoor rowing and body weight exercise that provides a total body workout with measurable results.
