A couple of places have come available in the Body Blitz online class group. Loan of weights available for the duration of the class term. Up to 4 classes per week with a pre-recorded class also available weekly. PM to book or for more information :-)

New timetable of online classes starting Monday 01st Feb! Monday, Tuesday and Thurs evening at 6.30pm, Wednesday and Friday afternoon 12-12.45pm. Weekly weigh in sessions also. PM if you would like to join in. I have some weights available for loan also if required. €10 per week for unlimited classes of €5 for one class.

There is a new group of the 8 week Body Blitz transformation plan starting on the 2nd of March. Take 2 classes a week with weigh in and measurements throughout in a fully supportive and fun environment! PM for more information or to book your space xx
