These gorgeous gals are working hard (and looking cute) at their YOU and baby classes designed specifically to help new mums return to exercise after giving birth.
Recommended from 6 weeks postpartum, this 6 week programme is run by one our women’s health physiotherapist, Maria, who will advise you on pelvic rehabilitation, scar management advice and assist you with Pilates based practices, progressing to early stage loading with a view to returning safely to running or other intense sports.
We are now taking names for our next block which starts on Monday June 29th at 11:45am. Class goes for an hour and babies are most welcome. Cost for the block is €80.

Alternatively, if you are a new mum and have already returned to exercise or have already completed our YOU and baby programme, we have a couple of spaces left in our Progressed YOU and baby classes which starts next Wednesday June 10th at 10am.
This class is ideal for anyone looking for a more challenging workout while still having baby in tow.
