Ready to get back into your health routine ?

Our new class blocks start next week 🎉

All our classes are run by our physios and athletic therapists.

Choose from mat Pilates, heart and bone strengthening and chair yoga classes🧘🏻‍♀️

Most classes are mixed level but we have a beginners essential Pilates class on a Friday morning and our morning mobility classes are a gentler adaptation of our PhysILATES classes.

Book through our website or email us on [email protected] and join us for 7 weeks at a cost of 70€. 💪🏼🌸

Our women’s health physiotherapist Maria is running the next block of YOU and bump starting Tuesday August 18th at 5:30pm 🌻

This prenatal programme is designed to help you keep fit and strong throughout your pregnancy, as well as preparing your body for giving birth.

The block runs for 6 weeks at a cost of €80. Places are limited so get in touch and we’ll add you to the list

Our new class blocks start the week of June 29th 💪🏼

We understand that it can be hard to keep up or start an exercise routine over the summertime.

To make it easier, we have reduced the rate for these upcoming blocks so wen you book our 7 / 8 / 9 week blocks the rate works out at less than €9 per class.

This means that even if you miss a few classes, you won’t have lost out financially as it is heavily discounted in comparison to the pay as you go option of €15 per class.

The block booking gives you priority of keeping your space in that particular class which you can switch within the same week if needed (spaces depending) or receive a class recording for you to do at home if you can’t make it to class that week.
