Ennis Hockey Club

Ennis Hockey Club Ennis Hockey Club is a new club founded in 2019 in Ennis, Munster area in Ireland. It is the first and the only hockey club in County Clare.

The club is run by people with a passion and love for hockey.

Grace developed her hockey skills here at ๐„๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ฌ ๐‡๐จ๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ฒ ๐‚๐ฅ๐ฎ๐›, and it has been wonderful to watch her progress on her hockey journey. She is now playing with Crescent HC and continues to go from strength to strength.

The annual ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐‡๐จ๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ฒ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐๐ฌ took place last Friday evening at the Cork International Airport Hotel, with a packed room celebrating league, cup and individual award winners from across the province.

A huge thank you to the Munster Hockey committee and everyone involved in organising such a successful evening, and to all those who travelled from near and far to be part of the celebrations.

We are absolutely delighted to share that the ๐•๐จ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐˜๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐€๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ went to our very own ๐€๐ง๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฐ ๐Ž๐ฌ๐š๐ค.

Andrew plays a leading role as Chairperson of Ennis Hockey Club, giving an incredible amount of time and energy to supporting and running the club. He also volunteers as a coach at Crescent Hockey Club, supports the Munster Development Programme, and continues to help grow and nurture hockey talent across the region.

His willingness to give his time, travel long distances, support multiple clubs and programmes, and encourage players at every level is a true example of dedication, generosity and passion for the sport.

Andrewโ€™s contribution has a real and lasting impact on players, clubs and the wider hockey community.

Grace scored several goals during the tournament, making a strong impact on the teamโ€™s success.
