Imagine being successful without needing to constantly prove that you deserve to be.

Imagine building something ambitious without your entire life becoming collateral damage.

Imagine saying no without needing a 14-page defence.

Changing direction without feeling like you’ve failed.

Resting without having to earn it.

Making a decision because you fu***ng want to — not because it’s the most sensible, impressive or expected option.

Trusting yourself enough to disappoint people.

Having ambition that actually belongs to you.

Having space to play.

To create.

To be with the people you love.

To change your mind.

To want more.

To decide you already have enough.

That’s what interests me now.

Not helping people become better at tolerating lives they’ve outgrown.

Not squeezing another 17% productivity out of already capable humans.

**Helping people build a way of operating that actually supports the life they want to fu***ng live.**

That’s the work.

You think you have a motivation problem.

Maybe you don’t actually want the thing you’re trying to motivate yourself to do.

You think you have a strategy problem.

Maybe you don’t trust yourself enough to commit to one.

You think you have a productivity problem.

Maybe you’ve built your entire definition of success around how much you can carry.

You think you’ve lost your ambition.

Maybe you’re just fu***ng bored of pursuing somebody else’s definition of winning.

You think you need more discipline.

Maybe you’ve spent years overriding yourself and calling it discipline.

This is one of the things I see constantly in my work.

We try to solve the thing we can SEE.

More strategy.
More routines.
More accountability.
Another plan.
Another goal.

But sometimes the presenting problem isn’t actually the problem.

It’s downstream.

And until you see what’s creating it, you can spend years getting really fu***ng good at solving the wrong thing.

That’s a huge part of what happens behind closed doors in my coaching.

You arrive with the thing you think we need to work on.

And then we find the thing underneath it that’s actually running the show.

You don’t need to burn your whole fu***ng life down.

Sometimes you just need to stop pretending the parts that aren’t working… are.

I think we have this idea that change needs to be justified by catastrophe.

The business needs to be failing.

The relationship needs to be unbearable.

You need to be completely burnt out.

You need to have hit some dramatic rock bottom before you’re “allowed” to question anything.

But what about when everything is technically fine?

You’re successful.

You’re capable.

You’ve built a decent life.

Other people might even look at you and think:

*What more could you possibly want?*

And yet…

something doesn’t fit anymore.

The way you’re working.
The thing you’re chasing.
The pace you’re living at.
The role you’ve become really fu***ng good at playing.

Nothing is catastrophically wrong.

You just know:j

**I don’t want to keep doing it like this.**

That’s enough.

You don’t need to wait until your life forces you to change something you’ve already quietly outgrown.

I’m closing the doors to Holistic High Performance 🤯

F**k. That feels strange to write.

HHP has been one of the greatest privileges of my life

Hundreds of conversations

Humans who trusted me with parts of their lives they didn’t show many people

Businesses changed.
Careers changed.
Relationships changed.
Lives changed.

And honestly, mine changed too.

Last year I sat across from a client who asked me a question that sparked exploration;

“Is that what you really want to be doing?”
since then, that same question has followed me around quietly

At the time I had tried on a hat and the hat didn’t fully fit and while I am@always willing to be seen exploring , I needed to follow the thread that something didn’t fit anymore.

And instead of immediately changing it, rebranding it, fixing it or forcing an answer, I decided to get curious.

For the last 8 months I’ve pulled apart the work

Client journeys.
Sessions.
Breakthroughs.
Patterns.
The questions I ask.

The moments everything changes.

And somewhere in that process I realised:
HHP had done its job.

It got me here.

But just because something once fit doesn’t mean you have to wear it forever.

That feels important.

Because how often do we stay inside careers, businesses, identities, relationships, goals and ways of living simply because:

This is what I chose.
This is what I built.
This is who I’ve always been.
This is how it’s always been.

I don’t believe we owe our past selves permanence.

I believe we owe our current selves honesty.

Integrity has always mattered more to me than appearances.

So rather than stretching HHP into something it no longer is, I’m going to honour the f**k out of what it has been.

And finish it properly.

There will be one final HHP intake

10 humans.
16 weeks of 1:1 coaching with me.
October 1st → February 1st

On October 1st, the doors to HHP will close.

We’re going out with a fu***ng bang and I’d love you to be part of that!

If you think one of those 10 spaces might be yours, DM me FINAL

Let’s talk.

“It’s really hard to rebuild the kitchen when the house is on fire.”

A client said this to me earlier.
And f**k me.
That’s it.

Because so often we’re trying to rebuild the kitchen.
We think we need a better strategy.

A new direction.
More motivation.
Better habits.
More discipline.
A new goal.
To get our spark back.

To finally figure out what the f**k we actually want.

And maybe those things do need to change.
But sometimes the problem isn’t the kitchen.

The fu***ng house is on fire.

You’re trying to make better decisions while exhausted.

Trying to find clarity while moving at 100mph.

Trying to build something you actually want while operating from pressure.

Trying to feel successful while constantly moving the goalposts.

Trying to work out what you want while living according to expectations and rules you’ve never stopped to question.

Trying to trust yourself while repeatedly overriding what you know.

Trying to change your circumstances without ever questioning the way you’re operating within them.

And then wondering why the new strategy, routine, goal, business model or plan never really changes anything.

This is something I’ve become almost obsessed with:
Before we change what we’re doing, we need to look at the way we’re operating.

Because you can renovate the kitchen all you fu***ng want.
You can put in beautiful new cabinets.
Knock down a wall.
Buy the expensive worktop.
Stand back and convince yourself this time everything is going to be different.

But if the house is still burning?
Eventually it all goes with it.

I think we do this far more than we realise.
We keep trying to change the external thing because it’s easier to point at.
The business.
The job.
The relationship.
The money.
The routine.
The goal.

But sometimes the thing that actually needs our attention is underneath all of it.

What’s driving me?
What am I trying to prove?
What am I tolerating?
What have I outgrown?
What rules am I still following simply because I’ve always followed them?
Where am I overriding myself?

What if the thing I keep trying to fix isn’t actually the problem?

Maybe before you rebuild the kitchen…
you deal with the fire.

YOU’RE ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR MIND

You are allowed to outgrow what once felt like it was THE thing

You are allowed to change an opinion

and you are most definitely allows change your beliefs

the only thing stoping you right now is YOU

and I say that because recently I’ve found myself in this exact same spot

Knowing something is off, something needs sharpening and even knowing the answer and what to do

I still thought “ WHAT WILL PEOPLE THINK?”

There’s a part of me that says “ F**K EM”

But I’d be lying if I said there wasn’t a part of me that was like :

“ will people think I’m unprofessional?”

“ will people thing I just am changing things for the sake of it”

the thoughts are endless but I know where they come from

But ALIGNMENT matters to me

It’s part of the way I remain integral to myself

And over the past few weeks I’ve realised that it doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else

I can change , evolve and grow as many times as I need because it’s my own flipping journey

I didn’t come through 3 attempts to unalive myself to worry about making a change in my business

😅

So if you wanna follow along, be part of the journey where I document to next evolution , the pivot and what it took for me to discover what the next level og alignment looks like

Follow along

If you are in the middle of it yourself. I would LOVE to hear from you because I would love to hear your journey too 👇🏻

Questions on being human 🗒️

Who would you be if you knew you couldn’t fail? What would you do? What would you bring to this world?

Over the last three years in building HHP if been given one piece of advice from almost every single mentor …

“NICHE DOWN”

“ FIND THAT ONE THING”

“ BECOME KNOWN FOR THAT ONE PROBLEM”

And I totally get it because it makes SO much sense

But it left me more confused, stuck in endless loops and I felt I was always compromising my truth, the value it can bring and all the people I can help

Currently right now I work with business owners, coaches, athletes, parents, people wanting to change from corporate to owning more of their lives

Honestly I DONT WANT to compromise who I can work with

And the more I Try, the more stuck I feel

Last week, on our group call we spoke exactly about this

And how niching down causing confusion etc for so many people..

And then I ask;

“Who hear knows their actual gifts?”

One hand went up

And then I asked “what if the questions isn’t about niching down?”

What if the real question ia about knowing your gifts first and then learning how express them?

So I’d love to know, does this land for you?

Have you just had your brain broken the same way I did?

When you’ve been trying to niche down, what’s happened?

Drop me your experience In the comments - I’d love to know what’s it’s been like for you 👇🏻

I can’t be the only one who’s experienced this 😶
