Starting from 15th September, we’re delighted to welcome Katherine from Anam Sona Wellness Collective to Railway Gym Lifford with two brand-new weekly yoga classes 🌿

☀️ Thursday | 7:00am – Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic movement to energise the body and calm the mind

🌙 Tuesday | 7:30pm – Yin Restorative
Slow down, switch off and enjoy a deeply restorative session focused on rest and balance

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practise, this is a great opportunity to add something different to your week

A few weeks ago, an older gentleman came to the door of The Railway Gym🙋‍♂️

He told us he was afraid to join💪

Not afraid of training — afraid of walking through the door, not knowing anyone and feeling like he might not belong👊

So we took him for a walk around the gym, had a chat and made him feel welcome🤝

Fast forward a few weeks…

Now he comes in on his own, chats away to everyone and is becoming part of the place💪

That might not sound like a massive achievement to some people❤️

But to us, that’s what a gym should be about🏋️🏋️🏋️

It’s not always about lifting heavier, losing weight or looking better💪

Sometimes the biggest progress is simply having the confidence to walk through the door❤️
