On World Su***de Prevention Day, we are reminded of the importance of connection, support and creating space for conversations around mental health.

At Glebe Farm Equine Learning, spending time with horses through our activities can provide a calm, supportive environment to slow down, connect and focus on wellbeing. 🐴

Time with horses can help support emotional awareness, build confidence, reduce feelings of stress and encourage a sense of calm and connection.

Sometimes, even a small moment of connection can make a difference. 💙
