Self Defense classes with Danny Doherty will be starting here at Clonmany Community Centre in this Tuesday, May 10th.

Here you will learn self defense techniques on how to defend yourself & others. These classes will improve your awareness, improve your fitness & help you to build confidence and self belief!

It will be a 6 week block of classes on every Tuesday from 9:30pm to 10:30pm. If you want to give it a go, contact Danny to book on 086 406 3771.

Just a few of the the gang who turned up to our charity training session yesterday and I want to also thank all those who are not in the picture. Well done to Emmett who successfully completed his charity 100 person attack kumite. Thanks to everyone’s kind generosity on the day we raised €135 for the fair fight foundation bringing his total raised to over €1300.
Hopefully this is the first of many training events this year and I look forward to seeing everyone again in the near future

We are having a session based on these styles for some Instructors to teach to support the event.

Calling all martial artists to support this with any knowledge to come along and join in some training or as a spectator if unable to train.

One of the senior Instructors Emmett Doyle shall be doing a '100 man attack Kumite' to raise funds for the charity cause he has in place.

In his attempt to raise €1500 for The FairFight Foundation 🙌🤑

This will be towards the end of session and continuing separately for everyone to see and support him to do.
