North Inishowen Gun Club thanks everyone who helped to make todays shoot a success. The winner of the 50 bird open, with 25 s***t & 25 sporting combined was Declan McDermott. His prize of a gun service, parts & labour, being donated by Walter Blacklaw. In joint 2nd were John G McGonagle & William Hutchinson. The P J McCole memorial cup was won by William Hutchinson and the Conn Smyth memorial cup was won by Alan Bonner. All prizes presented by club chairman Brian O’Donnell.

North Inishowen concludes another successful summer s***t league with Mickey Harkin taking first place, John G McGonagle in 2nd and Lexie Carey in 3rd. Cup presented by chairman Brian O’Donnell. Next competition is on the 21st Sept with 25 s***t & 25 sporting starting at 11.30am. All welcome

The Donegal Co Qualifier held by North Inishowen gun club yesterday had 18 men trying for a place. The next one will be in 2 weeks hosted by Moyle gun club. The 50 bird open was won by Shay McCurdy with 50/50 followed by Joe O’Donnell and Andy Oakes both on 46/50. Joe had left so Andy took 2nd spot.

The winner of the Conn Smyth Memorial Cup at todays sporting shoot was Fergal Bradley, presented by club chairman Brian O’Donnell, who would like to thank everyone who came and made the day such a success

Tonight was the last of the friday evening summer s***t league shoots for 2024. The cup was presented by club chairman Brian O’Donnell to Lexie Carey with Patrick Gormley in second place and Mickey Harkin taking third place. The club wishes to thank all who took part and made it such a success and look forward to doing it all again in 2025
