Remember protein is 🤴 for fat loss, fills you for longer, body needs to work to break it down so the goal should be keeping that high.

Safety Squat Bar,
Paused Box Squat

Never exhale at the bottom/seated portion of a squat. That is where you need your core at its strongest. So
why would you get rid of something that making you stronger, air in the belly!

She might be onto something........

Never in a lifetime would I thought finishing top 10 in the land is achievable. Although temporary, its something I’ll hold onto for quite a while.

But what a great weekend put on. From the Friday rules meeting, photo shoot, the sponsored goodie bags from and .labs, the night’s stay to help prepare for the comp, the comp itself, the many guests from that traveled over, plus a seriously nice tribute to the late Pa.

As many have been stating, this is just another milestone hit for Irish strongman, with more ahead.
