TeamX Taikoo 同 TeamX x Art Piece 九月時間表已經有喇！無論你想練 strength、跳 dance、爆汗做 cardio，定係好好 reset 身心，今個月都有更多選擇同大家一齊動起來。
今個月有幾個新亮點，記得 save 低：

TeamX Taikoo 新加入
• Morning Yoga Stretch 逢星期二同四早上 7:30am 開堂：星期二有 Curtis ，星期四就有 Miffy。返工前先打開身體、深呼吸，輕鬆啟動一日。

• 星期四新增 SNB — Shoulders, Neck & Back Stress Release，由 Miffy 帶大家鬆開肩、頸同背部壓力。成日對住電腦嘅你，真係要嚟試下。

• Latino Dance 由 9 月 10 日起，逢星期四下午 2:00pm 加開一堂，由 Sanda 帶大家跳舞。多一堂，多一個跳到開心嘅理由！

九月限定，Morning Yoga Stretch 推出 每堂 HK$100 體驗價。會員同非會員都可以享用，適用於 2026 年 9 月 30 日或之前舉行嘅課堂。

Your new TeamX Taikoo and TeamX x Art Piece timetables are here. Whether your mood is strength, dance, cardio or a proper reset, September gives you more ways to train, move and feel good together.
There are a few fresh reasons to save this timetable:

New at TeamX Taikoo
• Morning Yoga Stretch is now on at 7:30am: Tuesday with Curtis and Thursday with Miffy. Start your day by opening up, breathing deeper and moving before the city gets busy.

• SNB — Shoulders, Neck & Back Stress Release joins Thursday with Miffy. Your desk-bound upper body will thank you.

• Latino Dance now has an extra Thursday 2:00pm session with Sanda, starting 10 September. More rhythm, more reasons to dance.

For September only, enjoy the Morning Yoga Stretch introductory drop-in for HK$100 per class. It is available to both members and non-members for classes held until 30 September 2026.

And Les Mills fans, mark 5–14 September in your calendar. Selected classes will launch the Q3 2026 New Release; every other Les Mills class stays proudly TeamX Classic Mix & Match, with the iconic tracks you know and love. Check our New Release post for the selected launch sessions.

The Q3 2026 Les Mills New Release is landing at TeamX from 5–14 September. Swipe through for the selected New Release classes at TeamX Taikoo and TeamX Art Piece — your chance to take on the latest moves, music and energy with our instructors.

But here is the TeamX difference: the classes shown in this post are the only New Release sessions. Every other Les Mills class during the launch period will stay firmly in TeamX Classic Mix & Match mode.

That means the good-old-days tracks you love, iconic routines and the unexpected combinations that keep every class fun — with zero New Release tracks in those sessions.
