Weekly dump
Week 7 of prep done, a great week in the books and ticking all the boxes despite a few social occasions this week, we had some highs we had some lows but a very nice week with some family and my favourite little person. (she is obsessed with Toy Story)
Training is still flying and another week with no changes as things are moving nicely at the moment so it’s more of the same keep ticking the boxes and keep flying!
Steps are average around 14k a day and cardio is at 5 x 20 minutes
