Weekly dump

Week 7 of prep done, a great week in the books and ticking all the boxes despite a few social occasions this week, we had some highs we had some lows but a very nice week with some family and my favourite little person. (she is obsessed with Toy Story)

Training is still flying and another week with no changes as things are moving nicely at the moment so it’s more of the same keep ticking the boxes and keep flying!

Steps are average around 14k a day and cardio is at 5 x 20 minutes

Calories are as follows
Training day - 2209
Rest days - 1981

3 mistakes that stop guys from building elite-level results

1. Treating recovery like an afterthought

You can’t push hard in the gym while living like sleep, stress, and daily structure don’t matter.

Elite physiques are built by people who can recover well enough to repeat high-quality effort week after week.

2. Eating for comfort instead of growth

If you’re always “pretty good” with food, but never fully aligned with the goal, your results will stay average.

You need nutrition that supports performance, recovery, and actual tissue gain, not just something that keeps you lean.

3. Doing work without direction

A lot of guys train hard, but not with enough intent, progression, or exercise selection discipline.

More sessions does not mean better results.
Better ex*****on does.

Elite results come from nailing the boring basics consistently: sleep, food, progression, and patience.

If you want a standout physique, stop looking for shortcuts and start removing bottlenecks.

The gap between effort and outcome is what gets to people most.

You can be paying attention to all the details and still feel frustrated if your physique doesn’t match the standard you expect.

That’s one of the hardest parts of the process.

Because it’s not like you’re ignoring the work. You’re trying to do everything right. But if the results don’t reflect that effort, it’s easy to start questioning what’s missing.

That gap between effort and outcome is where a lot of men get stuck.

Weekly dump

Week 6 of prep done, it’s been one hell of a week we finally did it arsenal are champions of England with a champions league final to look forward too, it’s been a week of being present and enjoying the moment and sharing it with my family. So enjoy the Arsenal spam

Physique side of things we are in a good place body weight coming down nicely and we are seeing things tighten up week on week so really happy with that side of things was another week of no changes so more of the same and keep ticking the boxes.

3 things you don’t want to hear, but need to hear

1. You’re not training hard enough.
Comfortable workouts do not build exceptional results.

2. Your consistency is average.
If you want a very good result, you cannot keep switching on and off.

3. Your standards are too low.
Average effort will give you average outcomes.

This is not for people who want “okay” results. This is for people who want to actually change. If you want a very good result, you need very good habits, very good consistency, and very good standards.

No more half effort. No more excuses. No more average.
