It’s that time of the month again.
Not that one... the other one. The time when my fitness coach sends me a four-week progress questionnaire. 😏
Every month I sigh, procrastinate… and then do it anyway. Because I hired him for a reason: accountability works better than good intentions.
Funny how many people say coaching is “too expensive” while dropping £4 on a daily coffee or £30 on takeaways.
They’ll happily spend on beauty fixes, designer leggings, and self-help books they never finish… but when it comes to getting expert guidance for their health, suddenly YouTube tutorials and a prayer feel like enough.
And yet...
✅ Walking is free.
✅ Frozen veg costs less than a meal deal.
✅ A carton of eggs will fuel you for days.
don't get me wrong, they’re great places to start, but real change happens when you add structure, progression, and accountability.
💡 Don’t Temu your health. It’s the most valuable thing you’ll ever own.
