New class starting today
Basic Gym Training
I believe everyone should know the basics of resistance training as a minimum. This class will educate you on how to use the machines and learn the basic movements.
By the end of each session you should be confident enough to perform the same session in your own time.
Over the weeks you will:
▪️Learn how to apply progressive overload
▪️Add more exercises to your armoury
▪️Gain more confidence in the gym
…AND
▪️Eventually outgrow this class
You can book on now for tonight’s class at 7:00pm.
I will also be posting videos of all the machines in the coming weeks.

Final week of the Absolute Strength Plan 💪 - Pushing the 3RMs in most compound lifts to see where we’re at!.
Today we hit back squats and managed to hit 130kg for a triple. That’s a 5kg and 3.5% increase so happy with that 💪.
