Stocking up on protein with Doris 🐶💪

That means sleep, hydration, and most importantly… quality fuel.

Today’s recovery plate: steak for protein, broccoli for micros, homemade fries for carbs. Balanced, satisfying, and exactly what the body needs after a big 4-hour challenge we did on Saturday 🥵

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated — it just needs to support your training and your goals. 🥩🥦🍟

Hi 👋 I’m Nataliya — CrossFit head coach & co-owner of Two Tails CrossFit here in Witham.

I’m 42, a Level 3 PT and nutrition coach. I help adults of all ages feel stronger, move better, and build confidence — with a special focus on men & women over 40 who want to stay fit, healthy and full of energy. 💪

I know how intimidating gyms can feel, especially if you haven’t trained in years. My job is to make strength training simple, safe and effective — so you feel good in your own skin and strong in everyday life.

✨ September is the perfect time to start — now the kids are back at school, it’s time to put you first.
