Along with learning how to protect yourself, at evolution maa we create a safe and fun environment to increase fitness, lose weight, reduce stress, and increase confidence.

Today we held our Kids Kickboxing Gradings at the Darlington Academy, and it was fantastic to see the effort and determination from every student.
For many of the children taking part, this was their first or second belt grading, and with that naturally came some nerves. But every single one of them stepped up, pushed through those feelings, and passed. That is something to be proud of. 👊🏽
Gradings are about far more than belts. They are a chance for students to show their improvement, recognise their progress, and most importantly learn how to step outside of their comfort zone. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort, and today the children showed exactly what can be achieved with the right attitude and mindset.
The final group of the day saw our higher belts grading for Green, Blue, and Purple belts. It was brilliant to see the progression throughout the day and the standard that can be reached through consistent hard work and dedication.
A huge well done to all of our students today you should all be proud of yourselves. Keep turning up, keep working hard, and keep believing in what you can achieve. 🥊🔥
We would also like to say a huge thank you to all of the parents for your continued support. Today we brought together students from four locations at Darlington Academy, with students attending from Whitby, Guisborough, and Scotch Corner.
Thank you not only for bringing the children to today’s grading, but for your support week in, week out with classes, training, and helping the children continue their journey. Your support makes a huge difference and is greatly appreciated.
