The season has come to an end 🎉✨

Last night we celebrated the club for the 25/26 season 💙❤️

This season has seen us double in size and confidence and we cannot wait to get started for the 26/27 season 💪🏻

The ladies have taken a short break after a successful season and we are kicking things off again NEXT WEEK!

Our summer training is open to all ladies whether you’re a current player, want to return to rugby, try something new or make some friends we would love for you to join us.

Summer training is all about having fun, being active and getting to know one another better before the season ahead of us 💪🏻

Exciting news for girls rugby ❤️💙

Something new is coming to Grove RFC this September. 🏉
We are launching a dedicated Girls Rugby section, and we want your daughter to be part of it from day one.

Whether she has played rugby before or has never picked up a ball, she is welcome here. We are building this from scratch, which means every girl who joins now is a founding member of something genuinely new.

Girls aged 10 to 12 (School years 6 & 7 in September '26), in Grove, Wantage and surrounding area, this one is for you.

Faringdon Dinner and Dance 🏉✨

Last Saturday we enjoyed the night celebrating all things Faringdon. This season saw us cluster with Faringdon Rugby - FRUFC, it has been an incredible season building relationships on and off the pitch celebrating women’s rugby ❤️💙💚🖤

Unfortunately next season the Silverbacks women will not continue, however we will continue as a Grove team with the Faringdon ladies coming over to join us to continue developing the game. Faringdon women will always have our support ❤️

Our next celebration will be the Grove RFC ball on 5th June 🥂

We had an amazing day yesterday in the sun, playing some fantastic rugby Faringdon Rugby - FRUFC ❤️💙🩷💚

A huge thank you to Abbey RFC Women for hosting and joining our squad 💪🏻💪🏻

The ladies smashed it out there with 3 wins out of 4 games 🎉

- Beaconsfield - Won
- Banbury - Won
- Bicester & Phoenix - Won

The festival concluded our last game of the season but just because the season has stopped doesn’t mean we have! Watch this space 👀

This Sunday the ladies are heading across to Reading Abbey for our final games this season 💙❤️🩷💚

We will be playing 4 games of 15 minutes, 15v15💪🏻
