Inner Warrior 2019 completed, we had a great turn out tonight, with three coaches all teaching seperate drills, techniques and exercises this was definitely a great introduction into women's rugby.
Got a bit of FOMO? Come on down to our training sessions on a Monday and Wednesday evening 7:30 - 9pm, we would love to spread the Grove Love!

Interesting fact: Despite many complaints, I annoy everyone around me by playing drums... as loudly as possible!

Why you started: I started rugby because I wanted to get fit without having the pressures of the gym, I knew a couple of the girls before joining, and within two training sessions I can hand on heart say that these girls are my rock, and my crazy, hilarious family.
What you enjoy most: I love that we can have a laugh during training but at the same time get down and dirty, whilst having great coaching advice!
Interesting fact: 6 Tattoos but terrified of needles, passed out on almost every single tattoo!

Interesting fact: I lived in Honduras for 3 months and I’m still scared of everything!
